Peach-fronted Conure
Peach-fronted Conures, with a length of 10 inches, are one of the smaller conures. They have a grayish-green back with a lighter green (olive) breast. The forehead and part of the crown are bright orange. The remainder of the crown is blue-green. The wingtips are black and the tail is tipped with blue. The beak is black.

Peach-fronted Conures are sociable, sweet, and quieter than their larger cousins, which makes them easy to live with. Although they are not known to be great talkers, they are wonderful companions.

Like all conures, Peach-fronted Conures are natural, playful clowns that endlessly entertain their owners with amusing antics. Conures are frequently seen rolling on their backs, kicking their feet in the air, wrestling and tumbling, standing on their heads or hanging upside down by a toenail and rotating in space while calling to their friends.
